My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Final choice... For living room redo

I'm about to order 2 84" sofas and 2 chairs... I'm changing everything in my living room .. Which is frightening.
I'm going from golds..to cream, neutral beige and blue. Right now I have a subtle print in cream and taupe beige for the sofas and a solid cream ( more toward white) for the two chairs. I'm thinking I should flip it as it would be easier to use the solid sofas rather than the print. Yikes!

    Personally, I like the idea of print on the sofas (also love the look of two sofas facing each other with a large coffee table in between) ~ sofas will be a wonderful focal point with solid chairs as accents!
