A few weeks ago I posted a photo of my one and only maxillaria which I've had for about 4 years. Readers said it looked healthy and should bloom if I give it plenty of light. 2 days ago, I looked and lo and behold, there are 4 flower buds! Maybe more on the way, I hope. So here's what they look like. Sorry for the washed out lighting.
