My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those look like Tom Dixon's 'Beat' lights. Lumens.com carries them (so do many other places). If your budget doesn't allow for the real thing there are a LOT of knock offs of this design on several retailers, including Houzz.
