Are you going to paint the wood white?

No wood cabinets staying may have to consider painting vanity if I add antique or chalk painted cabinet found vanity and color is working independently but question the addition of other pieces whether painted or wood

With the vanity painted the same color as the walls, it is not "funny" looking. Built ins that mimic individual furniture pieces are all the rage and using the real thing is a great idea. My only concern is if with it in the bath, the room might be too crowded and you can best decide that.

[That older vanity closely resembles a part of a bedroom set that belonged to a family member of mine -- it was an inherited family heirloom that dated back at least as far as the WWII era. Relatives' piece was originally a dark wood finish with a matching wardrobe and headboard but relatives painted theirs black.]

Well we have 4 rugs 2 at sink vanities one in front of tub and another in front of shower which I didn't add pic of shower I first thought of a round rug in the center but hubby ordered this without telling me the 3 smaller ones 2x3 and one 3x5

Oh a small rug under vanity chair neutral not same pattern as others

Room is 13x15

I would paint the sink cabinets the same color as the vanity table and remove all the rugs.
