Help with curb appeal

How would you increase the curb appeal of this house?? I thought about adding gabled dormers to the top two windows and maybe a portico over the front door but because the front door is not centered on the porch I thought it might look odd. The roof lines of this house are so ugly to me. What would be the best solution?
