For some reason, not all that common a laurel selection in the PNW. Was not a stock plant in all three retail nurseries I have worked at. You might want to look at compact English laurel - Prunus laurocerasus 'Compacta', which only gets to about a third the size of regular English laurel (8-12' compared to 25' or more if left unpruned).

Stock sold as 'Nana' produces a compact growth and nice small leaves. However all will produce numbers of nuisance seedlings when flowering and fruiting (not sure I have actually seen the 'Nana' type blooming). Otherwise Portugal laurel is generally more handsome but it also pops up from seed where not wanted.

If you are near salt water Pacific wax myrtle may be a better bet. This perky looking regional native is not weedy in the P.N.W., unlike the laurels - and develops pretty rapidly.

This is my lot. I am about 30 miles from the salt water. I want to remove the trees in the red area to get a view of the sunset. The road is over 200' away so a few seedlings won't be a big deal. The front area is 400' long. The existing trees were too close together and rather ugly. I am trying to find some Pacific wax myrtles now.

Parks and other treed places in and around local cities often have thickets of laurels, holly, ivy, Cotoneaster and other Eurasian woody weeds still sold and planted here. If you surrounded that big, apparently treed lot with hundreds of feet of laurels you might perfectly well end up with an invasion of both yours and neighboring land, with quite a bit more than a few seedlings being the outcome.

Particularly with the vogue in planting natives that got going some years back Pacific wax myrtle became a kind of standard item at independent garden centers. However to find this - or any other specific plant - in a large quantity, without buying directly from a grower you will have to patch together the offerings of multiple different outlets.

If you are not licensed to buy plants directly from wholesale suppliers you might try to see if a nearby independent retailer will place a special order for you, that you would buy from them.

Nobody has enough Pacific Wax Laurel plants for me. $12,000 for just the plants. I think there will be some laurels planted.
