    Hi Mari - It's just the way the daylight filters in with the furniture. The moodiness is what make this color so wonderful for the space. The fireplace wall is the most accurate representation of the real color. - YAWN

    Unless I'm mistaken, I see a large, thick piece of real glass over the top of that acrylic/lucite table. I have some lucite sculptures and even though they just sit on a pedestal and look beautiful...even house dust will affect their finish. However gorgeous this table may be, someone was using their head if that is a piece of glass covering the top. You can tell the difference, the edges of glass show up as a blue/green whereas acrylic stays clear on the edge.
