My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

You mentioned using outside edge of fire pit to rest feet on. I was planning to do the same. What distance between fire pit edge and bench edge did you use? Thanks.

    Hi, The cad drawing is on a hard drive in storage so I'm going from memory - the space is approx 2'-6". The best thing to do for planning is to mock up the space and see what is comfortable for you. Circulation space is usually 3' so I usually start there. Hope this helps you.
