Greetings all. I am overwintering some flowers and have veggie starts in a SE patio door in my workshop. (Installed shelving across door) Right now I have just over twelve hours of daylight with the room temperature at 60 degrees. It is considerably warmer in the window, especially on a sunny day. Sun is off the window by mid afternoon. I can move the plants indoors under fluorescents, give them sixteen hours of light and have temps in the high 70's. Which situation would be best for the plants?
