My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    So glad you like the stools. They are highly customized with our own selections of fabrics and nailhead trim. We found the frames from an importer and built them up to our own design for this kitchen, which was part of the 2014 Orange County Philharmonic House of Design. We took them home with us after the show and we still have them available, here in Orange County, California.

      We kept the original brushed limestone floor that the builder had put in the house before designers were brought in. The brush pattern ran in one direction along the length of the tiles to give it a "strie" look and feel. (Eric Alba, Frank's Assistant)

      Thanks for asking! The white portion of the island top is polished Calacatta Gold marble. The dark portion is honed Lagos Azul limestone.
