Wow aggressive pricing in Tampa - Looks like you have your bases covered. Does your pool come with a solar blanket and roller as well as maintenance equipment and poles etc? What about start up chemicals and maybe 30 days of balanced water from the builder? Ask for it to close the deal.

Would recommend swim out at deep end, adjust some radius's and add bench in center radius between the 2 sheer descents. In the Tampa area I would recommend Larsens Pools, they manage their projects with our software Pool Pro Office.

@5birdy - thanks, the screen enclosure is sufficient in our area for fencing / pool safety, doors need to auto latch. We'll have to put alarms on the patio door and windows as well. Not sure why screen enclosure is sufficient yet need to put alarms on windows with screen, but they say you can't fight city hall.

@SwimmingPoolSteve - PB will provide initial chemicals as well as pole, net, brush and test kit. No solar blanket or roller. We are going to see how 1st year goes and if we need to do something for heat, may consider solar heat but really don't want to put on roof since it has barrel tile.

@Pool Pro Office - the initial picture didn't show it, but there is a swim out in the deep end (required by code). There's one in the shallow end as well, not between the two sheer descents, but next to one. We also made some minor mods to the radius as we finalized with PB. Updated pics, shows swim out, modified radius, etc.

Construction has been underway for about a month. A bit of a mess right now, but progress is being made.

Making progress despite the recent storms here (you can see how much by all the nasty water in the pool). Footers and risers done, coping grouted and started on pavers. But then the clouds rolled in once again and cut the day short.

Rain has finally held off so that a couple days of work could get done and deck is now finished. Next is measuring andinstalling the enclosure. Closer to being ready for summer :)

One's never sure if they have all the questions asked or answered, especially with a large purchase. I took that the lack of a lot of comments was either there wasn't glaring errors or omissions in the overall process. I'm glad to finally see this looking like a nearly finished pool. Enclosure install, finish and setting up equipment is next to come. Thanks for the congrats

Pool is basically done, some finishing touches to be made on the outside back wall, acid wash the coping, and then furniture and landscaping. We've been enjoying it. Here's how it turned out.

Really nice! The landscaping and furniture will enhance it too.
