Exterior - Which one do you like better?

We are finalizing the design for the front of our house, and I'd like to see which exterior wooden siding configuration that people prefer. If you have other ideas, let me know, and I'll try to photoshop those options as well. I've avoided making the entire front part of the house all wood, because it would be overkill.

It would look even better and more unified if the garage door was a similar or matching horizontal wood door.

Neither. Love the wood on the gate to the right and the wood could be amazing as a garage door but on the house it looks a bit off...cuts the house oddly and makes the wall/face of house look short or stubby.

What about this one? The height of the wood would match the gate on the right. I added a fake address number.

Because the garage door is the widest part of the front of the house, that becomes the predominant color to work with. I really think the half wood wall looks choppy. I'd go for a unified and consistent color across the whole front of the house, fence and garage.
