Update Overload - HELP! Please!

We recently purchased this home and are updating it significantly.

The only things we are holding back on right now is bathrooms as our budget won't cover that right now. My creative energy is just spent and I am second guessing every decision right now.

Here is a rough photoshop edit of what we are doing and paint selection.

I am having a really hard time determining what lighting to use and door hardware. I am leaning towards brushed nickel but I am also considering black (though door hardware seems to only come in oil rubbed bronze)...

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! :)

You could go super modern and contemporary with your home....grey paint up top with light grey window trim, white bottom with light grey window trim, contemporary wood horizontal garage door...

Paint the whole lower level (INCLUDING THE GARAGE DOOR) in a rich grey. Make the shutters and front door pop with a lively coral. Remove all the shutters from the upper windows and (with or without added trim) paint a window height band of the same grey across the whole front.

Access Custom Garage Doors, thank you! The garage door is almost what I was looking at but our budget won't allow quite yet. I am hoping to get the wood one with windows (we have our worksop in the garage) when we are at that point. Hubby doesn't want to paint the brick, so I am stuck with the sand color to work with. Love the look you presented! Thanks so much!
