So I have a seedling that is growing no branches, but is tall and skinny. Was thinking of trying a cascading form with it and I know this is generally done with wires while repotting with the plant leaned on one side.

My question is, I've noticed like all plants it leans heavily towards the brightest light source. If I lean the plant over when repotting could I put a grow light under the pot with the pot raised and have it grow down and to the one side without the use of wires?

Odd, I know but has anyone tried it or do you think it could work?
