My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I like the upholstered bedframe and headboard. Not loving the art choice. Lamps and nightstands are fine. I also like the rug, chair, and side table - perhaps use the indonesian made one we liked at What a Room? Mirrors are ok. Why does every room need a decorative mirror?
