Repaint the Cabinets white and add silver modern handles to them (try long straight ones)

If your willing to go with color then go with a mid grey color with the same handles.

Please clarify: do you want all three bathrooms to be the same?

Do you have the money to replace only the floor tile? Only the counter tops? Only the cabinets?

Are you looking to keep existing cabinets but stain/paint them?

I think if you use those brushed nickle pulls, like in the above post, your cabinets will look very modern. I would not paint the cabinets, as they look new.
