The "window" is comprised of glass block, so it already distorts views for privacy. The homeowners liked the idea of leaving it untreated because of this. Unless you're pressed right up against it, it's really hard to see out of, which would be how it would be looking in. At night, light from inside the bathroom would be visible, but views in would be similar to during the day. This was a great question - thank you!
