Without knowing what you've got, I say dig them up and put the leaves in the compost bin. If they are one of the dreadful things where each little piece of root makes a plant, you'll never be rid of it if you till.

Can't see closely but gives me a Senecio vibe. There are MANY.

So many... Yellow flowers with thin toothpick esque leave growth. At the bottom the leaves are similar to dandelions... Like arugala but prob not as tasty lol

Looks like a Brassicaceae plant to me. Four petals? Maybe a Diplotaxis, wild rocket/arugula. I have one which self seeds on my allotment. I just dig it in or pull it out if it's in a spot I don't want it. Quite possibly it was originally sown intentionally by the previous owners.

Those plants grew there and took nutrients from the soil so turning them in will not only add needed organic material to the soil but put those nutrients back for other plants to use. Removing those plants means a loss of organic material as wellas the nutrients the have.

When I say 'pull' I mean 'pull and add to the compost heap' - that goes without saying. When dug under it can resprout which you may not want in some areas of the garden. I leave quite a bit of it for eating in salads.
