The door is easy, just put it where the opening to the toilet is now. The tub is easy too, just put it where the soaking tub is now. Beyond that, I would consider swapping the shower with the bottom vanity so that one long vanity with two lavs was created along the window wall at the top. This would open up the room more and eliminate the issue of having a window in a shower.
