Countertop Help

Hello! We are doing a kitchen remodel. We have decided on white cabinets in the perimeter of the kitchen and a gray (shiloh heatherstone) island. We are now trying to decide on a counter top and back splash. We like Cambria Brittanica and Ella but wonder if both will make our small kitchen look too plain/white. We also like white pearl quartzite for the counter tops. For the back splash, we are considering a honed calcutta marble or Encore Ceramics Silver Sparkle subway tiles. Any thoughts on the counter tops or back splash?

I used Brittannica and a grey glass tile for the backsplash

i did dark on dark and light on light. absolute black granite on the island, LG rococo quartz on the perimeter. crackle glazed subway tile.

Considering your countertop choices I think you should use the same for the island and the perimeter. The ones you like are so similar that I'm afraid it will look like you attempted to match them and failed. I can't find the sparkle tile, do you mean crackle?

Thank you! Yes, I meant crackle--not sparkle. We will use the same counter top throughout the kitchen.

Hi Ip1290, It's a glass backsplash from Home Depot, called Arctic Fog.

So beautiful! I've been looking for a tile to match the Brittanicca and havent found anything as great as yours..but I can't find it on home depot's website...do you remember the details? Who makes it? Thank you for any info!

I bought it at a Home Depot in Canada in March of this year. It shows on homedepot.ca which is the Canadian website.
