Hi Kb - Please make sure the range will match your needs. We're available until 5 PM on weekdays & 2 PM on Saturdays to answer all questions. If you want to return it because you don't like it, unfortunately you're responsible for the re-stocking fee as well as the shipping charges for the return. If a damage does however occur during shipping you won't be responsible for any charges. We'll replace it for you at no cost to you. Although speaking from experience, this stove in particular is very well packaged. It travels all the way from Italy and around our country here and we've never seen it get damaged.

Never trust a company that has to charge a restocking fee...just a scam to get something out of a bad deal!

That's a completely fair statement from a customer's point of view. Being in the industry though it's not always fair to not include a re-stocking policy for the seller. We've been around since 1989 by making sure our customers our taken care of if there's any issues with the purchase. The re-stocking fee is for different reasons. In this case the stove is a custom order appliance so it's very expensive & heavy to handle. If we take it back - sometimes a re-stocking fee applies.
