You could install wainscoting with shelves above the toilet and no one would notice it was off center.

good question. It's a pretty small space - maybe 3' wide? - and the toilet is *just* off center by a few inches, I think a centered piece of art would exacerbate the issue - unless it's a huge piece of art, almost wall to wall. I'd think something like a vintage street map or something that doesn't have a vertical central axis would be great. You could also consider a wallpaper with some pattern or texture - again, nothing geometric so you don't emphasize the centerline of the space.

A plant or something similar in the corner wouldn't do much - it's too narrow to have the full foliage you'd need to disguise this, and I'm guessing there's no natural light in here, so not the best spot for a plant anyways.

How do you think one like this would look if I only did 1 wall?

It is tan with a color close to the wall color and looks like stone it is all different so you won't be able to see the center.

@janishill. Moving a toilet requires moving the floor drain.

Send some wallpapers you think might look good! Maybe you have a good one in your home!!

Since the space is narrow I would try for a wallpaper that has linear pattern but not harsh. Something that has the colour scheme you want.

I would suggest using a graphic wallpaper and no one will be the wiser. I just installed this wallpaper in my powder room (which is very small) and everyone loves it, especially me.

eztia...not always. Sometimes a toilet is not centered on the drain as it should be. I wonder if that is the case with this toilet...

Staggered mirrors would look nice too, especially if the bathroom is a small space.
