One Specialty is a Landscape, Luxury Pool and Outdoor Living Design-Build firm in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. We work primarily with home owners and custom home builders on high-end residential exterior design of landscape, hardscape, outdoor living, custom swimming pool design and installation as well as decorative stone features and concrete work. With a solutions-oriented mindset and an eye for exceptional design, we have earned our reputation as a leader among DFW’s premier Design-Build firms.

Commented: How is this attached to the roof?The pergola is attached to the joists of the roof, then flashing was used to protect from water then shingled. It is an open air pergola and is flat.
