We are building a mudroom in our garage and already ran forced hot air to heat it. Our tile guy mentioned that he has a radiant floor heating system in his mudroom and loves it because it dries off everything in the winter.

Would the forced hot air system screw with the radiant floor heating thermostat, making it think it's already running and not turn it on?

Is it stupid to add the system if the room is already heated? It would only be about $1000 more, so while not cheap, compared to the entire project, not that much overage.
