Our remodel had to change mid-stream. We bought - and have already used - a new, 33" single door fridge, but a french door fridge would be a much better option now. The LG we bought has a very nearly identical model with french doors. Don't want to buy a whole new fridge -- has anyone ever retro fit a single door fridge with french doors? LG parts supply says it can't be done, but thought I'd ask here...seems like "there must be a way." There are hinge fittings on both the right and left sides on the single door fridge. Thanks!
