I am currently building a home and we just finished electrical rough in and I also ran the low voltage wiring. I ran speaker wiring for surround sound to the living room and took all the wires back to a central location where a 5.1 reciever would go. I also ran two speaker wires to the kitchen, one to the back porch, and one to the master bedroom and took all those back to the same location as the receiver.

I am a complete beginner and after doing some research I realized I need seperate volume control switches (or think it would be best) for the kitchen, back porch, and master bed). We stream most of our music from phone or computer so would buying three of these (link below) be a good option and putting one in each of the rooms with the speaker wires? We wouldn't add these speakers until later to stay in budget right now.
