Those cups look awfully small and the plants are a bit leggy. I'd pinch those flowers off so the plants won't have to try to grow fruit at the same time they have to go through transplant shock. Is there any way you can start hardening them off?

The cups are 16 oz cup also I cut some of the lower leaves off so when I plant them it would have 8 inches of stem to root out roughly. I can't start hardening them for another 2 weeks if I'm lucky because of temps are going to get in to the lower 50's and high 40's for the next week or so. Transplant shock I read somewhere that water and aspirin helps with the shock I did it last year and it seem to work.

Pinch off the blooms to keep the plants in growth and root development mode. They are trying to set fruit because they are stressed so make sure they aren't rootbound in those cups or they won't survive another 20 days without transplanting into larger containers.

My short and sweet..

Pinch those blooms. Then repot your tomatoes in exactly the same pots to the same depth to encourage root development instead of flowering. Keep on in everything else the same.

Low 50s to high 40s unsuitable to harden plants???? I plant out soon as 30s are no longer expected.

Wow! Some folks really like to push the safe planting envelope. If that works for you, good. But I think I'll stick with the 50's for planting mine.

pull one of them out of the cups and examine to see if they need to be transplanted. i'd suggest when transplanting, cut off a few of the lower leaves and bury them 3-5" deeper. consider also getting more powerful T5 florescent for future grows, so your plants stay shorter.

I would pinch the buds and re-pot, as already suggested.

Pinching buds, I don't think , would set the plant back to vegetative state. It only will deter it until the plant fight back. But repotting can give the plant an opportunity to expand its roots system and hold on to flowering. JMO
