The hallway seems like wasted space. What if you expand the bathroom into the hallway and create a half bath on the living room side for guests? Also, I think it would be worth the money to move the wall separating the living and dining rooms.

You could move the bathroom to take a chunk out of the living room, preserving the load bearing beams. Then the current bathroom, hall and closet could form a new bedroom. Jennifer K's post on your other thread showed a new bedroom there, too.

I think you need to hire an architect and start from scratch. The plan is very poor and has no logical flow. Even if you are not selling it in the future there is so much more you can do in 900 square feet that would make your living so much better.
