I have Cambria. Prior to purchasing my countertop, I did extensive research. I believe Cambria is better, but it is also more expensive (although not by much). My countertop was $4,500. Silestone was around $4,000 for a similar look. Cambria is priced the same for all colors/styles. Silestone has different price points. I purchased Cambria Whitney, which is great at hiding spots and crumbs. Mine has held up beautifully which no chips or scratches. I was leaning originally toward the solid white quartz option, as you are, but I changed my mind. I was working at a home while managing a property, and I eyed their beautiful, crisp white quartz. I changed my mind after I looked closely at it. I don't know the brand, but I do know that it shows every tiny everything - crumbs, wine stains, scratches (especially at the undermount sink area). The solid white options in any brand have the disclaimer that you will see scratches over time. I can't remember which Cambria color has that disclaimer - one does and I think one does not. I guess read the fine print about the one you are considering. I hope this helps.
