Interesting house. I like the stucco and would leave it. Is there any way you can double up the window on the right so it's more symmetrical with the left?

The shutters on the left are too small for the window. You might remove them.

I'd probably go with tudor colors...off white siding, dark brown trim, accent color on the door.

Yes, making the right window the same size as the left window would really help the overall look. The very top window doesn't appear to have the white sashes that the lower windows have. Since the lower windows are not balanced, the white sashes emphasize the imbalance. I would lighten up the stucco color and paint the white sashes the same as the trim. Then I would see if the trim color comes alive. Making the trim, especially around the windows, white with make the lack of symmetry even more obvious than it is now. So I would leave all the trim dark and go lighter/brighter with the body color. Right now, the color combination is a bit dull, but the house is very charming none the less.
