Big Rainbow

I am growing Big Rainbow tomato for the first time. My hubby got the seeds at Lowes, in the organic section of the Ferry Morse seeds. My tomatoes are now 8 weeks old, and about 8-10 inches tall. Most of the plants have a regular leaf shape, but about 1/3 of the 75 plants have rugose leaves. Anyone know why this might be?

I planted BR last year but what I got was very few and nothing like I have seen in google picture. They were just small orange color fruits, NOT big and NOT rainbow.

Maybe a seed mix up at Ferry Morse? I really like Big Rainbow, it is in my top 10. My Big Rainbow seeds produce large bi-color beefsteak tomatoes.
