Choosing wall ovens for new build: what should I pair Bosch speed oven HMC 8015UC with 1) 30" 500 series convection oven or the non-convection oven? I've had convection for 10 years. I used it for baking cookies, large items. For most cooking, I used a counter oven, & microwave. I'm hoping the Speed oven will take the place of those 2. My dealer suggested non-convection. I'm not sure....
