The newel post was custom made for this home by our cabinetry contractor. We can give you more information if you are interested in having some made. The newel post were made out of birch wood and stained with a custom stain. The front entry rug is actually a rug found at Target.com. The stair carpet is Tuftex

Thanks for the speedy response! Is the Target rug jute? They have so many on their website, with miniature thumbnails, it's hard to find.

Honestly I am not sure if that rug is still available. The reason being is this home was in a parade of homes so the home was staged. I know the rug came from Target.com because the staging company had used it before in a home that was staged a few years back. We can look further to see if we can find it for you so give us some time.
