My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    sorry for the delay. we used a 7" wide white oak with no polyeurothane. It has an oil finish and is great because it doesn't scratch. Let me know and I'll get the name of the manufacturer if you need it.

      Check out the Rubio Monocoat line of oiled finishes. They look amazing over White Oak!
