With those beautiful views I feel blue brings the outside into the room. It just really depends on what you do with the furnishings.The other choice would be to stay as neutral as possible IMO.

Go with something really natural. Research those mountains and the stone that comes from them. Then search for a color that duplicates that stone's colors.

With a view like that, I think you need a deep grey - it will set that view apart like nothing else. I know we go on about grey - but as a practical solution grey is NOT a true colour. So everything else is allowed to speak

We have desert tan in most rooms, this room will have a blue theme, we have Moroccan light fixture with blue glass and a blue bed spread. So, we want a blue but maybe a lighter one..

I think that the color you want on that wall is within the landscape and the windows already frame it perfectly.

If you'd like to introduce color I would recommend it on one of the other smaller walls as an accent or in your furniture. Rust colors will bring out and compliment the blues and greens.
