I think it looks very nice....the only thing is, you don't have any light/lamps. How about a floor lamp on the right side of your big window (in the corner by the couch) and move your big plant to the other (right) side of your window. Maybe carry the blue of your art somewhere else in the room...throw, centerpiece on table, etc.

A throw and/or some pillows would add pops of color to the room! I would get them in colors that are in the room and the art hanging above the sofa!

I would add drapes from near ceiling to floor. It would give room texture and color. Looks unfinished at window.

Yellow and orange color in the pillows will compliment the painting and your upholstery. Or perhaps in the print of drapery fabric.

A contemporary piece of art would look good.

You need warm pillows and window treatments. I would do side panels. You don't need a lot of color but you do need some more texture to make the room interesting. .....the fabric will warm up the room and make it more inviting. Also the tree in the room is to short and looks like you were just trying to fill space.

What I didn't mention is It's a beautiful room.... you just need those finishing touches!

I was going to say repeat the blue in a few places, then Rugknots provides such a nice visual.

IMO the art is not right for the room. Most of the accessory items look great, but the disco balls candle holders look dated and the sunburst mirror on the back wall doesn't appear nearly large enough to be an anchor piece. Additionally, that location could benefit from another blue art piece instead of a mirror. I would add some texture to the sofa with fiber pillows.

Wow, you've done such a great job thus far! Few suggestions:

- add solid drapery panel on your window

- Go with a larger piece of art

- add a arc floor lamp to add to the volume of the space.
