Arrangement for faucet and filter tap

I am about to buy a new sink and faucet, as well as an under-sink filter system with a beverage faucet. I only have room for a basic, 25" wide single bowl sink. I'm not sure how many holes I should get or how I should arrange them. The main faucet is a one-hole, single handle faucet with a separate sprayer. The beverage faucet will also take up one hole.

My first thought was to get a three hole sink, but then it occurred to me that it might be strange to have the two faucets clumped close together in the center. So should I get a four hole sink, use an escutcheon plate for the main faucet and sprayer in the center, and have the filter tap off to the side?

Any thoughts appreciated.
