Hi! We are currently building a house and was planning on buying a new sectional for the great room, but after recent extra expenses it is not possible. So out comes our old Ashley furniture couches I was hoping to sell. There is a photo of the sofa attached- it has mossy/sage green stripes with red/raspberry and creams.

The great room will have a triple tray coffered ceiling with what is called a cherry mahagony stained floor- so dark wood floors. Trim will be gloss white with white built-ins and walls will be a tan nuetral. The great room is open to the kitchen- white cabinets with black soapstone counters. Most of our existing furniture is dark. My style is pottery barnesque. I tend to gravitate toward blues and greens which will be throughout the house.

Wanting to cover an ottoman- suggestions on fabric? Suggestions on rug? Wanting the space to be comfy but nice. I guess my main problem is wanting things to be nuetral but not drab. Every time I imagine adding color I just envision taking green and raspberry all over the place and cringe. Keep in mind needs to be toddler friendly. Thank you!!
