It looks like " Camino" from Restoration Hardware... I've got it in my room.

Thank you. It's a 72 inch model Camino vintage from Restoration Hardware. If you do purchase remember to upgrade your electrical outlet that controls the fixture as it pulls a lot of current with all 61 bulbs! It's very dramatic and we receive tons of compliments on it. Wait for sales at RH if you can, as I purchased mine 25% off. Good Luck.
