Just got a very helpful answer from a representative of the manufacturer actually. The pool surround is Belgard Mega Bergerac Squares and the rest is the Belgard Dublin Cobble 3 piece.

We used Western Pavers in the San Diego area. They were great throughout the entire process. And yes as charottend commented, the pavers are Belgard Dublin in 3 & 4 piece in Toscana and the Mega Bergerac are in Montecito and Toscana. Good luck with your project!
