My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for noticing this. The contractor disassembled a few of the Bison IPE tiles to construct the steps.

    Ah - makes sense - thank you I will have stairs descending from the top deck to a second story deck so will need to try to just find wood/stain that matches closely due to the volume to wood needed.
