We are considering one of the Wolf M Contemporary Wall Ovens with the handle-free front for an undercounter installation, but the handle-free design aspect has caused a big rift at home. I think it's a great look, but my partner doesn't like how the opening mechanism is all-or-nothing (i.e. can't crack the door a smidge for a quick peek as to how cookies are doing, fish is browning and ready to turn, etc). He likes the Pro series with the knobs (which he claims will be easier to operate under-counter). Any experience here with the M contemporary oven all-or-nothing door opening?
