    It doesn't clarify at all, in fact. I think that the question is how many hours are the bulbs tested to last. LED bulbs give an 'total hours of service' rating. What is it for this product?

      Hi there! Although we have many products that do ship to Canada, this particular item is only available to be shipped within the continental United States. You can find shipping details listed in the product specifications on the lower, right-hand side of the product listing. Additionally, you can use the facets on the left side of each page, to see only items that ship to Canada. Hope this helps in the future!

      Hi, since they are solar-powered, the life of the lights is not limited by the life of the bulbs. The bulbs will be recharged repeatedly by the sun. I hope this further clarifies.
