My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How is this finish made? what went into this wall? loma? & what were the tint(s)?

    This wall is special indeed! We don't have specific color info for this particular project. It was probably a custom color and it was definitely a professional job. You could get a similar effect with Loma Plaster in "Mauna Loa" red (it looks like the wall in this picture has red and maybe some white or light yellow troweled together) and then do a "Mauna Loa" and "Eureka" lime wash blend application over the top for that extra brilliance. While American Clay is usually very DIY-friendly, we definitely recommend hiring a pro in this case.
