It's not a true blue so that helps. People seem to be into gray lately. A dove gray with white trim and navy shutters would look sharp and fresh. You might want to go a little brighter with the door perhaps a royal blue . I would also cover the porch posts with something more substantial. You could even just box them in and add trim to make them match the style of the house. Right not they don't really fit. Hope that helps.

I think those colors would sell well in today's market. They have a good neutral with a bit of color feel. The columns would be easy. Get weather treated wood. A box of two by six on each side from floor to ceiling . If you want to add trim you could do a thin one by one ' picture frame' in the center of each side. Then just paint it to match the trim. Instant change without changing the structure.

The dolphin fin will look great. As a minimum just paint the posts the dolphin fin color. The biggest impact would come from landscaping.

The brick is unpainted and neutral don't do anything with it. Safe yourself the time, money and energy. There are two very strongly opposed courts on painting brick. Leave it to the homeowner to decide since it appears to be in good condition.
