My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A few "cheater" blooms.

This is the HT, Sunny Sky. It is an own root Kords HT that I got from my local Lowes. I liked the looks of the bush, foliage and the shape and color of the blooms. Plus I had a rose in the garden that was growing backwards. This took it's place. If this grows and blooms anything close to the Dark Desire I got last summer, I'll be a happy camper.

Two blooms of Hannah Gordon that came with the bush that I got from K&M a few weeks ago.
