Help! Glass subway tile and kitchen windows with curved edges...

My husband and I are installing glass subway tiles in our kitchen. We decided to do both walls shown (yes, the purple on that wall is going away ;)) before we realized we were going to run into a problem with the curved edges of the wall around the windows. Hubby wanted to just have the tile stop short of the curve, but I think the un-tiled border around the window will look bad and unfinished. We agreed to have him square off the corners by tiling the inside of the window frame/wall and having the tile on the outer part of the wall overlap it (creating a 90 degree angle); however, the tile is too thick and won't fit inside the window with our blinds. That also eliminates the idea of using a bullnose ceramic tile that is color coordinated with the glass. Is this where a scluters edge would work? If so, will it look odd that this is the only place (around the windows) we are using the scluters edge? This is our first time doing a project like this and we're not sure what to do. Hope this makes sense, I've included pictures please
excuse the mess! Thanks in advance for any advice/tips!
