I, too, found a few things of interest in this report.

1. The report is not peer reviewed. Why is that? Peer review is a rather important thing to look for when evaluating a source of information.

2. The Alliance for Natural Heath seems to be a horribly biased
organization. Among the fear mongering on their website is a campaign
for "vaccine choice".

3. The sources in the report include The Natural Society (another biased
organization), a Huffington Post article, and Wikipedia. I wouldn't let
my 6th grade child use any these as sources in a paper. Assuming the Dr.
Samsel used as source in the paper is Dr. Anthony Samsel, I found his articles posted on Mercola's website and other anti-gmo sites, as
well. Clearly, this man has an agenda.

4. The link states that "glyphosate was dubbed as probably carcinogenic" by the IARC but fails to mention that "probably carcinogenic" could be the result of "chance, bias, or confounding."

5, I don't see a size given for their samples. Was it one bagel,
or a dozen? One egg, or 100? Without knowing the sample size, there is
no way at all to accurately evaluate what has been reported.

6. they report "detectable levels". Just because a substance can be detected does not mean it's at an unsafe level.

7. The report states the EPA's allowable daily intake (ADI) of glyphosate is 1,750 μg per kilogram of body weight.
Therefore, a 180 lb person (or 81 kg), according to what is written,
would have an allowable daily limit of 141,750 micrograms of glyphosate.
For simplicity's sake, lets assume the samples tested were a single
serving and we'll take a look at the instant oatmeal strawberries and
cream as it's shown to have the highest amount of glyphosate detected at
1,327.1 ppb (micrograms per liter).
Given the ADI for a 180# person 141,750 micrograms, and assuming the
1,327.1 micrograms was found in a single serving of the oatmeal, this
person would need to consume more than 106 servings of oatmeal in a
single day to exceed the allowable limit of a substance that may or may
not be harmful to humans.
