What color is your room? It looks orange to me on my monitor. What colors are in your bedding? Bedding is where you want to get your wall color from.

Since you said gray was not working, I would paint the room light pink. If that does not work for you, I would go with white or off white. Whatever you decide, I suggest you buying samples first to make sure the paint color will work.

I have no problem with pink and black! I'm going to paint my bedroom with those colors, it's just that the pink fabric I used in my quilt is a much stronger pink along with black, charcoal gray, and cream.

White would work.
