My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floors are 3 1/4" red oak. The stain is a custom minwax blend. I often mix stain colors to get just the right tone.

    Would you know what mix this was? We are about to have our floors done and cannot get to this shade. :)

    Sure...50% English Chestnutt and 50% dark walnut. If you want it darker do 25%dark walnut and 25% Jacobean with the English Chestnutt!!
